Strength, Balance, and Flexibility Class

A minimum of 6 registered participants are required by October 31st to proceed with programming.

 

 Our Strength, Balance, and Flexibility class is a more traditional fitness class that focuses on building strength, improving balance, and increasing flexibility. The class is designed to help you maintain your strength. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of exercises that target different muscle groups, increase your range of motion, and improve your balance.

The Strength, Balance, and Flexibility Class uses fluid and static movements that will combine strengthening, stretching, and balance to improve range of motion of joints. The class uses flowing Yoga and Tai Chi style movments, all set to great music.

FALL REGISTRATION INFORMATION

The free trial classes will be held on Tuesday, October 24th and Thursday, October 26th. To register for the free trial class, click here. 

Regular classes will begin on Tuesday, November 2nd at 10:00am. Registration is due monthly at $42.00 per month.
