INSTRUCTOR - AQUATIC FITNESS

FRRPD is recruiting for the position of Recreation Program Specialist (Instructor) for Aquatic Fitness for the 2026 aquatics season.  Recreation Program Specialist will instruct aquatic fitness classes at FRRPD pools.

Candidates must include aquatic experience and certifications in their application in order to be considered. Preference will be given to candidates who are available on Mondays and Wednesdays.

LIFEGUARDS

Looking for a summer job that will make waves? FRRPD is now accepting applications for the position of Lifeguard. Lifeguards are responsible for the safety and well-being of all patrons participating in aquatics-related programs and activities. Lifeguards maintain constant surveillance of assigned aquatic areas, proactively identifying and addressing potential hazards to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all users.

Current Lifeguard, First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications are required for employment. Not certified yet? Check out our Lifeguard Certification Course if you do not have certification.
