The Feather River Recreation and Park District is delighted to announce its 14th annual Concerts in the Park series. This is a wonderful way for family and friends to gather while listening to music from impressive local bands. This year Concerts in the Park location is Riverbend Park.

This year's Salmon Festival will be on September 28th, 2019. The festival runs along the river between historic Downtown Oroville and the Fish Hatchery, and features a downtown street fair with vendor booths, music and dance, food and beverage tents, salmon dish tastings, and kids’ games and activities. Join us on Halloween for trick-or-treating fun! Activities will include: a spooky dance party, caramel apple station, and lots of candy! Don’t forget your costume! Thursday October 31st, 2019 from 3:30-5:30 pm at the Activity Center.

ATTENTION: FRRPD YOUTH SPORTS PARTICIPANTS ONLY REGISTER BY 10/10 AND RECEIVE A $5 DISCOUNT ON YOUR ENTRY Date: Saturday, November 16 Distance: 1-Mile, 2-Mile and 5K Walkers: Walkers are welcome in 1-Mile and 2-Mile events only Race Registration & Packet Pick-up: 7:00 a.m. Entry-Fee: $15 for kid's 1K, $25 for 2-mile and 5-mile. Early Registration (before November 15) Entry fees include T-shirt (while they last), post-race refreshments, and entry into the race raffle.

Feather River Recreation & Park District presents: Breakfast with Santa. Saturday, December 7th (pre-registration is required) choose your breakfast time 8:30 or 9:30 and enjoy the rest of the activities at any time. Activities include photos with Santa, cookie decorating, photo booth fun, a holiday craft and of course breakfast.
