The Wildflower & Nature Festival shines a spotlight on natural resources and handmade products in Butte County. The event is free admission, offering activities and entertainment for all ages such as children’s crafts, river kayak tours, live music, food trucks, and a beer garden.

Explore the Feather River by Kayak

Experience the beauty of the Feather River on a 2-hour guided tour from the Feather River Fish Hatchery to Riverbend Park! Meet at the Riverbend Park boat ramp to catch a shuttle to the launch point at the Fish Hatchery. Led by the Feather River Center, an Oroville nonprofit dedicated to aquatic and environmental education for Butte County youth, this is a wonderful opportunity to explore the river and discover its natural wonders with knowledgeable guides.
