Reservations
Feather River Recreation and Park District is proud to offer our facilities, parks, and pools for YOUR enjoyment! If you are interested in reserving any FRRPD sites please call the District Office at (530) 533-2011.
Beginning July 1st, 2024, all reservations for group picnic areas, pavilions, ball fields, and indoor facilities will require an insurance policy. All individuals, groups, or organizations renting FRRPD facilities will obtain a certificate of liability insurance in the minimum amount of $1,000,000, naming the District as co-insured with an additional insured endorsement.
This MUST include:
- Certificate of Insurance listing Feather River Recreation and Park District as additionally Insured as listed: Feather Recreation & Park District, Its Directors, Officers, Agents, Volunteers, and Employees, 1200 Myers Street. Oroville, CA 95965
- Subrogation or Waiver of Rights: "Contractor hereby grants to Entity a waiver of any right to subrogation which any insurer of said Contractor may acquire against the Entity by virtue of the payment of any loss under such insurance. Contractor agrees to obtain any endorsement that may be necessary to affect this waiver of subrogation. This is a required document for all reservations."
- Primary & Non-Contributory- Other Insurance Conditions (We do not need the Whole Policy)

- Create a RecDesk account at Frrpd.RecDesk.com to begin the process. All reservations will require a RecDesk account.
- Please complete a reservation request online at Frrpd.RecDesk.com (or in the office/over the phone). Once your request is approved, you’ll receive an email to log back in to pay the invoice.
- Certificates of Insurance and full payment must be submitted no less than 72 hours before the reservation. Please email your Insurance documents to Teresa@Frrpd.com or submit them in person at the District Office.
- Failure to submit the required Insurance documents 72 hours before the reservation will result in the cancellation of the reservation and refund of any fees paid minus the processing fee.
