Volunteer

Several of the programs offered through Feather River Recreation and Park District (FRRPD) depend on volunteer support.  Volunteers can help at special events, in our parks, work with teens, or even coach youth sports. We encourage people of all ages to participate.

FRRPD Events include: Wildflower and Nature Festival, Concerts in the Park, Feather River Cleanup, and Breakfast with Santa.

ADOPT-A-PARK

In an effort to enhance the quality of our parks, FRRPD encourages the community to assist with the maintenance and beautification of our parks by facilitating the enhancement of park/playground amenities and providing general upkeep and repair of equipment, recreation communities, and trails through the "Adopt-A-Park" program.

PARK WATCH PROGRAM

Park Watch Program Volunteers are essential in promoting safety in our parks. As a Park Watch volunteer you would be an extra set of eyes and ears in our District parks. It is our goal to recruit, train, utilize and recognize volunteers who help enhance services provided to the community.
