Level 3: Stroke Development

This level focuses on improving technique, building stamina, and increasing independence in the water. Swimmers refine their strokes and begin swimming longer distances with better control and confidence.

Participants should be able to float independently and swim at least 5 yards unassisted.

Ages: 7 years and older

Cost: $60 per session

Swim Lesson Registration for Session 3 and 4 will open on June 8, 2026.

Location: Nelson Pool and Palermo Pool.

Placement Policy
To ensure safety and success, FRRPD staff may move swimmers to a different level if they do not meet the listed prerequisites.
