Youth Total Body Fitness

Looking for a fun fitness program for your kids? Look no further! Our Youth Total Body Fitness class is perfect for kids who want to improve their overall health and fitness. This class will incorporate cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility exercises to give your child a well-rounded workout.

Over the course of this 6-week session, your child will be challenged to push themselves to new levels. We'll start with warm-up exercises to get the heart pumping, then move on to strength exercises to build muscle and endurance. Balance exercises will improve stability and coordination, while flexibility exercises will increase range of motion and prevent injury. The session is offered by grade level/age. 

 

FALL REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Two six-week sessions will be offered. Pre-Registration for the sessions is required. The Monday/Wednesday session will begin November 6th and will conclude December 13th. The Tuesday/Thursday session will begin November 7th and will conclude on December 14th.
