Whole Body FIT

The class is designed as an overall exercise and fitness program. Balance, stretching, aerobic activity for endurance, coordination, flexibility, brain stimulation and muscle strengthening are included. Based on scientific research and health professional recommendations for functional ability, this class is a complete workout from head to toe. The program begins seated and includes exercises from the Arthritis Foundation as well as standing yoga movements, dance steps, walking with proper breathing techniques. All equipment is furnished. Hand weights and stretch bands are utilized. If you are looking for a program to keep you functional and active for daily living, then come try a class for free. As we age, it is very important to maintain and/or improve our functional abilities.

All ages and levels of fitness are welcome. No membership is required.

Lynndee Caput, B.A. Adult Education, Certified  Group Facilitator and Service Coordinator.

Lynndee has been teaching fitness for 40+ years and certified by the Arthritis Foundation, Aquatic Exercise Association and for senior fitness testing. Come have fun and enjoy the benefits and motivation of group exercise to popular 60’s music!
