Intermediate Karate: Continues to build on the foundation gained from beginner karate. Intermediate karate will learn two more stances, free sparring techniques and one step-kumite.
Tenno Kata and Chino Kata are added as well as beginning to learn the Heian family of kata
Advanced Karate: focuses on building strong basics skills and developing focus, attention to detail, kumite skills and kata. In karate each lesson builds upon the last. We will review basic skills while learning new ones.
