Feather River Recreation and Park District is proud to offer our facilities, parks, and pools for YOUR enjoyment! If you are interested in reserving any FRRPD sites please call the District Office at (530) 533-2011 of see below for how to request a reservation online.
Request Your Reservation Online
- Create a RecDesk account at Frrpd.RecDesk.com to begin the process. All reservations will require a RecDesk account.
- Please complete a reservation request online at Frrpd.RecDesk.com (or in the office/over the phone). Once your request is approved, you’ll receive an email to log back in to pay the invoice.
- Certificates of Insurance and full payment must be submitted no less than 72 hours before the reservation. Please email your Insurance documents to Teresa@Frrpd.com or submit them in person at the District Office.
- Failure to submit the required Insurance documents 72 hours before the reservation will result in the cancellation of the reservation and refund of any fees paid minus the processing fee.

Reservation Insurance Requirements
Beginning July 1st, 2024, all reservations for group picnic areas, pavilions, ball fields, and indoor facilities will require an insurance policy. All individuals, groups, or organizations renting FRRPD facilities will obtain a certificate of liability insurance in the minimum amount of $1,000,000, naming the District as co-insured with an additional insured endorsement.

Subrogation or Waiver of Rights:
"Contractor hereby grants to Entity a waiver of any right to subrogation which any insurer of said Contractor may acquire against the Entity by virtue of the payment of any loss under such insurance. Contractor agrees to obtain any endorsement that may be necessary to affect this waiver of subrogation. This is a required document for all reservations."

Reservation Fees
Reservation fees may include site rental rate and refundable cleaning deposit. Current rates can be found on individual facility pages.
*Please be aware that any payments made for insurance will go directly to the insurance company providing coverage.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why do I need to provide insurance documents?
The District's insurance provider, CAPRI, has required that all Districts require Certificates of Insurance for Facility reservations. Liability insurance is required holding FRRPD harmless for all reservations. Other Districts, such as Paradise Recreation and Park District have begun enforcing this requirement as well.
What insurance documents do I need to provide?
- A current Certificate of Liability Insurance with FRRPD listed as additionally insured
- Subrogation or Waiver of Rights
- Primary & Non-Contributory certificate
- Alcohol Liability Insurance (if applicable)

When are insurance documents due?

Can I have a bounce house?
Yes. A generator is required for the bounce house as our outlets cannot support the power needed to run it.
Can I have a water slide?
No. In order to ensure the continued beauty of our lawns and other park features, and to ensure the health and safety of all park users, we do not allow water slides or slip n' slides in District parks.
Do pavilions have water access?
No. There is no public water source available for use. Please call the District Office at (530) 533-2011 with any questions.
Can I have alcohol during my reservations?
Yes. An Alcohol Request Form and Alcohol Use Agreement will need to be signed. Alcohol Liability Insurance will also be required. Only beer and wine are allowed in District facilities when the proper forms are completed.
