Youth Cross Country - Fall League

Our youth cross country program is designed for children grades K-8th who enjoy running and want to improve their endurance, speed, and overall fitness. Our program offers a fun and supportive environment where kids can learn the basic skills of cross country running while building their confidence and self-esteem. We focus on proper form, pacing, and goal-setting, and provide opportunities for our young athletes to compete in local races and events. Whether your child is a seasoned runner or just starting out, our youth cross country program is a great way to help them develop a lifelong love of running.
