Junior Giants

A free, noncompetitive baseball league that is open to boys and girls from ages 5-18. Junior Giants teaches participants about leadership, integrity, character, and teamwork while encouraging community involvement, violence prevention, and academic achievements. Participants are rewarded with prizes for summer reading, can qualify for college scholarships, and at the end of the season, a percentage of the league can attend the Junior Giants Day game at the AT&T Park.

Sign-ups for next year will be posted as they become available. There is no cost for this program! Interested parents should come to the District office at the FRRPD Activity Center, 1875 Feather River Blvd. for more information.

Coaches are always needed. Interested parents should sign up as soon as possible. Coaches must be fingerprinted and need to participate in a coaches' clinic. For more information about coaching for Junior Giants, please contact Shawn at (530) 533-2011.
