Food/Commodities Distribution (3rd Thursday of every month)
The Community Action Agency of Butte County has partnered with the Palermo Bible Family Church to provide a commodities (food) distribution location for Palermo. (For more information, contact the church at 530-533-2975).

Oroville Salmon Festival (September 25, 2010)
For thousands of years, salmon born in the Feather River have made the exhausting trek from the Pacific Ocean back to their spawning grounds in Oroville. The Oroville Salmon Festival community honors that journey with the annual Oroville Salmon festival, an education fair with food, music, crafts, and a farmer's market. Wildflower Festival (April 2,2011)
Feather River Recreation and Park District is proud to announce its second annual Wildflower Festival to be held at Riverbend Park on Saturday, April 3rd. Please join us for a fun-filled day of native plant sales and information, pony rides, face painting, crafts, food sales, and much more (more information will be posted as it becomes available).
